Information at your fingertips! Access your company Key Performance Indicators while travelling or while walking around on your shop floor. The QAD Mobile BI application for the iPad allows to access and explore Dashboards on a corporate QAD Business Intelligence Server. You will be able to browse through the dashboards that were set up, look at data, zoom in to charts and drill down. You will be able to view, post and search all of the collaboration forums and topics. This application is free and will allow existing QAD Business Intelligence customers to connect to their own QAD BI server. ADDITONAL INFORMATION Users of the QAD Mobile App will be able to use their iPad to view and work with BI dashboards on their corporate QAD BI Server. Existing dashboards defined on the QAD BI Collaborative Portal, that do not include any parameter bars and have charts on them are available to be viewed on the iPad. Visual Items available with this release are various types of charts, the rest of the visual item types on the dashboard will not be displayed on the iPad. Users will be able to drill into charts from the charts on the dashboard. In addition users can view the collaboration forums (as defined in the QAD BI portal), read the topics, and post their own topics and/or comments. Furthermore, the topics are searchable from the iPad. The app honors user security as set up in the BI portal. MARK : In order to use the QAD Mobile BI app, you must have installed QAD Business Intelligence v.3.5 or higher, including the QAD Collaborative Portal, on your corporate servers.
